My Netconnect+ high-speed broadband connection (datacard# 93806 88639) has not been working since June 15, 2016. When I called customer care initially, I was promised several times that the issue will be resolved in a week or 10 days. Following this, I could not reach customer care at all, as the line would get disconnected after entering my details in the IVR.
When I approached the reliance mobile store on July 21, I was informed that high-speed internet will be provided again only after Aug 15. So, I decided to disconnect my connection (Service Request ID: 248047677) on July 21.
They have passed a partial waiver of Rs.500, thereby acknowledging their mistake of not providing the promised high-speed internet data connection.
However, now, I have been asked to pay an additional bill of Rs. 983 without an explanation to terminate services, although high-speed internet service was NOT delivered since June 15. I have paid my bill until billing cycle May 18 - June 17. Since high-speed internet has not been working since June 15, this is inform that I have already paid all my fair dues to Reliance Communication. So, please stop your threats via SMS and phone calls.
