I am using DISHTV morethan 8 Years and my VC No.is 01508951377. I am facing a problem from last One month. They activate services without our permission. Last October 2016 they offer me Miniplex channel for Rs. 5/- for one month testing. On 10-11-2016 I got message from DISH TV for deactivating the Channel as it was only for one month. On 26-11-2016 I got message on my TV screen regarding my recharge date as 01-12-2016, But last month when I recharged my account with Rs. 500/- my next recharge date was 10-12-2016. When I request for CALL MEfor 2 times. I got call from DISH TV regarding this from Mr. Surjit Kumar (contact no: +911202550014) and Mr. Lalit Sharma (contact no: +918744077478). they said to transfer the call to their senior but they didn't and cut the call after some time. They said that you would have called for reactivating the channel. But I didnt't do that. Now they are saying that it is not possible to refund the money back and also the channel can be deactivated only after one month of activation. Kindly help me to come out of this problem. In october 2016 also they had upgraded my package without my permission. Again I have to call them for this.
