My Daughter Shivani Sinha got admission in Techno India-Salt Lake, Sector-v, Kolkata, Stream ECE through 2016 West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board e-counseling and admission process of Provisional Seat Allotment in Round 3 dated 19th September 2016, amount fee paid Rs 57850 and the dress material Rs 4000.

Thereafter she again got Admission in Jalpaiguri Government engineering college, Stream IT, through WBJEEB Decentralized Counseling for spot admission instantly to Govt. Jalpaiguri Engineering Colleges by deposition of Rs. 6000/- in cash, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria and allotment of a seat on the basis of merit during counseling, amongst the eligible candidates, maintaining strictly the order and merit, dated 29th July 2016 after applied on official website.

On asking for refund Rs 57850 and the due Rs 4000 dress material, Techno India refusing any refund to pay us and never like to listen our any request as showing the "fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances." on the receipt. Even before class started and a single day attendance never done, keeping a deaf ear Techno India refusing any refund since last four mouths.

After getting aware of several similar kind of consumer forum cases through Online study, I came to know that It is viable to get refund. It is my right. Requesting you to take legal action against Techno India Salt Lake Kolkata so that I can get my hard earned money refunded. We are just middle class person; have to struggle hard with barely enough money for immediate needs (hand-to-mouth).
