Sir/madam, i am ajay sharma having aircel number 9697576741, my balance had been deducted without any notification and your customer care executive asked me that my balance which is been deducted will came in my account again which is nearly 75 rupees, but unfortunately my balance is not been credited and my customer care number also blocked. I called your customer care about 2 times and they told the same, my complaint number is 123733165201 also there way of talking is so great and just hang up the phone without in between my conversation. I hope this is not the way you treat your customers and the same behaviour i am bearing from last 2 days. Now when are i called 3rd day they told me your balance is not been refunded because it is already 3rd day. When i asked to transfer the call to her senior they disconnect the call. The customer care executive name was NILOFER. I hope you will look into the matter.
