Complaint Details
I bought Product "Athipalam No.2'' for 100grams for 70 rupees was missing during delivery and I paid fully for it. It was a mistake of the billing person, that they didn't put it in the carry bag. When I asked about it they said its not missing. And they are not compensating for their mistake.

The AGM (Assistant General Manager) of the branch is very rude to me, When I asked about it. The service of this branch is not good. And They are not treating their customer good.

I need compensation or refund of Rupees 70 for the trouble. And I want the Thudiyalur branch personal to atone for their mistake and rudeness.
