Complaint Details
I had ordered a pizza from domino's on november 8 doing online banking and while i placed the order they didn't confirm the transaction due to system error at their end.They sent me mail and text stating that my refund will be done within 7 days.I am still waiting for my refund.I have submitted the feedback form on their website end number of times still they haven't processed my payment and now they are not responding to me.
Please i seek your help immediately and i need refund as soon as possible.
