Complaint Details
This is regarding metal shoe rack bought during diwali sale from snapdeal. I had received the damaged product upon my several calls to snapdeal service desk the damaged pictures were shared and snapdeal arranged for pickup during weekdays and i had mentioned myself and my wife are working and will be available on saturday and Sunday for returning the product. Even after the request the courier pick up was arranged during weekdays and first day the courier persob called me and i requested him to come on saturday but i received daily sms till friday for pickup request and the numbers provided in the sms did not pick my call.
Snapdeal had closed the request mentioning i am not interested in returning the product hence the request is closed.
After several follow-up s with snapdeal help desk team i have been told return of tge damaged product is not possible as per existing system process once closed cannot be re-opened also snapdeal team did not bother to call me before closing the request but they have records they gad called me.
Please help in returning the product and getting my refund.
