Complaint Details
This complaint is in regards to plot #A147 (plot size 150 square yards) in Orris Curio City project (located at TS02, Sector-22D, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh). I applied for this plot as an NRI buyer in 07-May-2013 and my application was approved. I have made total payment of INR 11,13,075 which is 30% of the total property cost. These payments were made from 08-May-2013 to 05-Aug-2013.

It has been around 3.6 years but there has not been any development on the site. So I reached out to Orris and ask to refund my money. However they are refusing to do so even after I am following up with them since Apr, 2016.
