Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
I had taken Top-up Loan from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited on 20-Apr-15 (Loan Account No: 02625100013260). Before disbursement of Loan Amount Fullerton India had taken my signature of all blank documents including ECS Mandate Form.
ECS form of above loan given to HDFC Bank. ECS of the above loan should be stared from Jun-16. However, Fullerton India not claimed EMI through ECS from Jun-15 to Aug-15.
I had paid EMI online for the period of Jun-15 to Aug-15 (Receipt of Online payment are attached).
EMI were deducted from my account through ECS from Sep-15 to Nov-16 (Statement of Account attached).
Fullerton India showing outstanding EMI of Jun-15. I had provided proof for the online payment several times through mail and verbal verification (Ref Trial mail and Documents attached).
Again I had given new signed Electronic Clearing Service (Debit Clearing) form to Fullerton India. I am also attaching copy of Electronic Clearing Service (Debit Clearing) (Bank copy) in which Fullerton India was not mention/ kept blank following information: -

Fullerton India depositing every month payment advice on 5 (Regular EMI) and 19 & 23/ 30 from Sep-15 to Nov-16.
I had mail and return letter to HDFC Bank (Copies attached). HDFC is not interested to listen my request because they are getting ECS Return Charges @ 858.75 twice/ thrice in month since Sep-15 to Nov-16, thus HDFC had recover from my account more than 26,000/- in last 15 months as ECS Return Charges (Statement of Account attached).
On Tuesday 29-Nov-16 Fullerton India had deputed GUNDA to my residence to collect EMI amount in cash, who had given GALIS to my wife (She is Senior Citizen and Retired Gazetted Officer of Commissioner of Customs). Objection was taken by my son Dr Snehi Makwana, Fullerton India’s GUNDA inform my son, BAHAR NIKAL TERI CHAMDI UKHAD KE RAKH DETA HUIN. Fullerton India’s GUNDA was at my residence about 20 to 25 minutes using GALIS/ GUNDAGIRI/ DADAGIRI/ MAVALIGIRI.
Therefore I am sending this mail to cp.navimumbai@mahapolice.gov.in; cp.navimumbai.dcp.hq@mahapolice.gov.in, cp.thane@mahapolice.gov.in and cybercell.navimumbai@mahapol ice.gov.in also.
Request to take necessary action in this regards.
