Complaint Details
On 01 Oct 2016, as per the details attached, two online recharges were processed (as the first recharge was failed) through Idea Iphone App (registered on my cousin Mr Firose - Mobile No: 7025722147), and from my bank account. Normally I receive, and the customer care of Idea Cellular informs that, within a week the refund from payment gateway team executed. But until now no refund received. I had contacted Idea Customer care from Saudi Arabia (being both of us are NRIs) and they requested my complete bank statement till date which I cannot provide, for them to check that no refund is recorded. I believe that the transaction ID is sufficient for payment gateway team to cross check in this hi-tech world whether the recharge has done and/or the refund has made. For your information, I had added my other two numbers registered on my name and my brother in laws number to this application. Total 4 numbers were there for which I normally do the recharges. Please note that you will not reachable on the number show above as it is with us in Saudi Arabia, and will not be attended being on roaming. I need to raise this complaint and need compensation on the time I spent to recover my hard earned money, which was used to call the customer care from Saudi and the emails I sent to them requesting the same. Awaiting your fast action for recovery of the amount and further compensations on the delay and efforts taken.
