Complaint Details
I had gone to habib's for a hair spa and they charged me 2070. Since their card swiping device was not working properly they swiped my card thrice due to which 6210 was deducted from my account into theirs. On asking for refund they said that it would be done within 15 days. But it did not happen so. Meanwhile to tackle my problem i had gone there twice with my bank statement but they refused to refund my money. The staff there was not cooperative and shooed me off that place. They said that they would see if they can return my money after a month. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and held up most of my online transactions.
