Dear Receiver,
Till recently i was admirer of Jet Airways, despite being heard many unethical and worst customer handling experiences by friends and colleagues, but this incident has changed everything. Never in my life have i heard such crass way of dealing with your customers.
My aunt Mrs Savita jain was to board above mentioned flight and then this guy Mr SUSHANT at his rudest possible behavior asked her to pay $75 thrice that is $225 for just ONE EXTRA BAG and 5 kg overweight. She was already late and this guy made her take out some stuff initially and started taking weight of carry on bag just for her bag and nobody else's.
She was ready to pay, but he was adamant on harassing her. It was getting late and he was not helping out, sarcastically he said "let it be late, leave the flight" Is this how JET treat its customers?
She told she was panicking and might faint and he smirked "this wont work"
Lastly, he refused taking charges in DOLLARS and asked her to goto exchange counter and pay in INR. It was already late and situation was so tensed still my aunt had to go back and forth to pay this moron.
When asked about his senior, he said i m the senior and afterwards lied to somebody that aunt was asking for refund whereas she was not. Somehow she reached to aircraft and decided not to travel JET again.
In today's competitive market, is this the way to handle your customer? you have lost not one but many customers and i will ask everyone i know not to travel through JET.
I demand strict action on Mr Sushant and refund of money.
Dont think i will leave this matter loosely, i will go every possible way, if you ignore this issue.
