The water filter ro Magna bought in 2009 under Annual maintanence contract .Sensor repair and water not stored in storage portion and water not flowing down.Very many repeated compaliants spread over 2 months the service personnel did not fix the exact problem and the water not al hence we are not getting purified water.We senior citizens have no other ecourse to request you to kindly arrange for redressal of consumer complaint and advise the Euroka supplier .Or in the alternative let them give us a repalcement apparatus till they repair the existin apparatus and give us all the problem solved and refix.Or at the most let them give us a new apparatus of best quality with them and install at our residence at NO COST from our pockets.because of unpurified water we boil the regular bad metrowater in chennai and it entails use of LPG gas and spending further denting our pockets.Morte so I am a retired senior citizen so also my spouse a senior citize,I am also a heart patient and we are unable to bear the tension making complaints agin and agin and our only dily concern is on this water supply.It prevent us from discharging even going to temple or visit our relatives.It has disturbed our peace of mind.The company should compensate for the mental agony also separately.Kindly do the needful,Sirs.
