Complaint Details
i have done electricity bill payment on 3rd of december but it failed and money was deducted from my bank account . i have been chasing paytm since last 7 days for the same but i dont get any response. The customer care number says they cannot help me with the failed transaction issues. I tried contacting paytm via facebook.. twitter and every othere possible way but there is no response. I am not sure what to do now. Bill Payment for MSEDCL 000481701287 order # 2308363912
