Complaint Details
This is to bring to your kind notice that an unreasonable levy of Rs 130/- per vehicle entering “PICK UP” area outside arrivals section at Mumbai Domestic airport CSIA Terminal 1 B is being collected from private cab aggregators like OLA & UBER every time they fetch or pick up customers/passengers.

This is unreasonable and unlawful practice followed your company.

As against that if a private car enter that area to fetch passengers they are allowed to enter free of charge for a period of 5 minutes.

The question is why other private cab aggregators be compelled to pay any fee at all. I suggest & request that this practice of collecting Rs. 130/- per vehicle (other than privately owned cars) be discontinued and passengers be spared of this unreasonable practice.

May I request you to kindly direct this email message to the concerned department/person in your organisation?
This request because it is discriminatory & unreasonable and the same is borne by the passenger/customer in addition to the fare for the trip paid by the passenger/customer.
