Jet airways cancelled flight 9W465 from Mumbai to Chennai on 4th Dec. The intimation to cancel was sent at 12:21midnight and the flight was scheduled for 7 am next morning. This caused huge urgency and mental trauma for me and I was forced to book my flights on indigo 6E229 which came at a cost of Rs 20,000 more. Jet airways was extremely unprofessional and non customer focused with this action and I demand them to make good the incremental cost I had to bear in this process. Needless to say , I will never ever travel on Jet and will not advise my social circle to do that .
