Dear Sir/Madam,

Since last year 2015 December I had been requesting college
authorities responsible for issuing duplicate certificate and mark
sheet for the course i completed in Dec 2000.I personally met
principle of the college but i have not received a genuine certificate
(duplicate)which has college logo on it.The certificate I received
from college was rejected by one of the private company where i was
interviewed for new job.I requested principle of the college to give a
letter stating that the certificate given to me is genuine but so far
i have not got any response despite several visit to college and
waiting there for many hours.
Also first time i paid the charges for duplicate but was given wrong
certificate and mark-sheet for which i have to complain to college
based on the certificate reviewed by the new recruiting company where
i appeared for interview though i cleared interview and i was given 4
weeks time to submit correct duplicate copies of certificate and
mark-sheet but the new copies document issued by college didn't have
logo on it so my candidature for new job was rejected.
This is serious issue that there has been so much delay from college
in resolving my issue related to duplicate certificate request and due
to this i am not in position to apply for good career opportunities.
I request you take a strong action to get the issue resolved and also
ensure college doesn't take such issue lightly.
