I had a flight booking through Smartbuy online portal from New Delhi to Ahmedabad on 23rd June 2016, flight number was SG 193 and PNR was HYWUKQ. Smartbuy reference no is 146339752071258, and the booking was of Spice Jet airline.

The flight booking had been cancelled and cancellation was confirmed by smartbuy. Also, According to Spice Jet, amount of 870 was already processed as a refund to Smartbuy at the time of cancellation.

After multiple request of refund, I had registered a complaint to Smartbuy with their complaint no SB000018592. The status still says that, Smartbuy is waiting for the refund from spicejet. But I have already confirmed from Spicejet regarding successful receipt of 870rs by Smartbuy.

Every time I am getting same response to wait till 48 hours and it has been almost 6 months.

Mail conversation is attached here. I am requesting to help me to resolve the issue and take necessary action against Smartbuy to get money refunded with the interest of 6 months.
