Dear Sir,

I feel regret to inform you that I have been a loyal customer to Samsung until i faced with multiple breakdowns for 02 LED televisions which i purchased in the year 2014. Both the TVs had technical snag during the warranty Period which was subsequently repaired by Samsung in 2015. Again there has been a technical snag in one of the TV's installed for which the chronology of events is summarized below -
1. TV Purchase Date - 21.03.2014
2. TV Purchase Cost - INR 33,000/-
3. 1st Repair under Warranty - March, 2015 - Motherboard replaced by Samsung
4. 2nd Technical Snag - On 09.12.2016 for which Samsung engineer has estimated for change of BN95-03389A Panel + SVC + TRP at a total cost of INR 23,133/-

Sir, the TVs purchased are having some or the other technical snag every year and this time the cost of repair is almost the cost of product as on date.

Also, there is no sanctity that after this repair the product shall withstand a good life for another 2-3 years.

It is also evident from the above chronology of events that the Product has some latent defects due to either poor quality of material / workmanship which is causing continuous technical snags.

Upon discussion with customer care of Samsung vide complaint ref. no. 2147187860, the complaint has been closed stating that the stated request is not in the company's policy.

Request you to kindly look into the issue and resolve the same.

I hope for a favourable response in this regard.
