Shoes purchased on 18th October, 2016 from Zara Store situated at DLF Mall of India, Noida, Inditex Trent India Pvt Ltd. . Just after 6th wear pasting went off(Image attached for reference).
Mailed issue to customer care. They said after investigation they found that it is not product problem and refuse to provide any resolution.
Request for refund/exchange.
