On channel changing scroll bar of tv screen theres a continuous ads/messages by dish tv to promote offers. In addition theres an ad in corner if screen cgannel bar and also popup messages are being shown. The continuous ads abive channel scroll bar is highly disturbing and i wrote several times to nidal office but of no help so far.
