I purchased a Gluco machine online from Moglix.com but when I received it,
I came to know that I got only strips there is no gluco machine.
They have not clearly mentioned that you will get only strips not the gluco machine.
They clearly showed the image of Gluco meter. I thought I will be getting Gluco meter along with the strips.

But they send only strips.

When I asked them to take back the item as soon I received the item, they denied and
told me that return or refund will not be possible. I dont understand why this is happening, if I dont need the item
why they are forcing me to take the item.
What should I do with these strips without the gluco machine. It is worthless.

Please look into this matter and ask them to refund my money so that I can buy a gluco meter.
