I have given my mobile for repair to B2X insurance team in HYD on 22-09-2016.now they are saying that 8000 will paid to you on your device as this is over the limit of the insurance. I told i want my mobile to be repaired and give. They are saying we cannot do anything what ever u want u do. Please check the documents. In first year of insurance everything is covered and now they are saying like this. Please do the needful. Iam attaching the reqiured docs
