Complaint Details
Dear Sir I had purchased 1 of Autofurnish Destorm 300Psi 12V Car Black Electric Air Compressor Tyre Pump and 1 of Autofurnish AF972 on Bottle Hydraulic Jack for Car (Red) through amazon india pvt. ltd. (Order No.-405-8603704-8309969) on 06-12-2016 and received same order on 10-12-2016. When I opened (1 of Autofurnish Destorm 300Psi 12V Car Black Electric Air Compressor Tyre Pump) it was received damaged (Pics attached) and I registered complaint for return to amazon online and also through Toll free no: 180030009009 on 11-12-2016. The person came from local amazon delivery center and refused to pickup damaged product rather he said to pickup whole order. I asked him to call to customer care but he returned without informing. Again I called customer care on 13-12-2016 evening and same process repeated but pickup boy again refused to pickup (AmzAgent-8558897176, 8558897177). Today (15-12-2016) again I received pickup message (AmzAgent-7508027685) but he refused to pickup.
