Complaint Details
I received a damaged and used/modified 40 inch Samsung led TV, I have ordered that product on 11th Oct 2016(Order id is 101138221), cost is Rs 25689. It was delivered on 26th Oct 2016. I called customer support on same day 26th Oct 16 and I informed that i got a damaged & used/modified product and they asked me to send all the images of damaged product and I already send all the images. Finally, after one month shopclues send me an email that your return request is rejected and until now refund and replacement not done. Kindly do needful action for this issue.
