Dear sir.

I had purchased a matress protector2 month back later i found it is defective; It is failed to protect from water and itis no use to buy it. Company shown in online adds that it can protect bed from water.i made several complaints to customer service but no resolution as of now and they were giving false assurance. Please help to resove it my order no was20161020095096
