Nature of Complaint: I had purchased cash credits through my credit card for Rs.2000.00 for a discount of 20% discount ie."Rs.1600.00 suddenly without any intimation they have changed the company name to Near buy and when I was trying continuously to check the website it was not working when one of my friend told to check Near buy website my account was automatically deleted when I contacted today over phone one of them named Nawaz attended the call he says that my credits are automatically expired I have been requesting that it was cash credit and without any information to me either a phone call or by mail they have deleted my account and says they are expired. I request you to please get back my money back. I am attaching the mails of cash vouchers sent by them.
