In the absence of reply from.escalation1 and escalation2.

I would like to introduce myself as a highly dissatisfied customer of HDFC LIFE. Following are the details.

Agents Details who sold the policy to me on fraudulent Promises.

Policy name : HDFC LIFE CLASSICASSURE PLUS.
Premium Payment term : 7 Years.

False Promises are:
1.Cash back= 25% of the Annual Premium Per year (50000*25/100= 12500 Per Year)
2. Nominee Pension= Rs1500 Per Month (1500*12= 18000 Per Year) Starting from November 2016
3. Medical cover of Rs 350000 Per Year
4. Medical covered People= insured, Spouse, Parents or 2 Children.

Summary:
I have been called by Varun and sold this Policy on 25-10-2016 for Rs 50000/Year, Stating these FALSE benefits along with the normal benefits like sum assured and Bonuses.

In the afternoon of 26-Oct-2016, I received a Call from Rohit, Introduced as the Regional Manager of Varun and the reiterated the benefits.

I was pushed that If I make the Payment before before 31-Oct-2016, I will get 25% cash back of the premium in November 2016 PLUS I will get Rs1500 Per month PLUS Medical coverage of Rs350000 for me and my 4 Family Members.

Hence, Believing on these benefits I made the Payment of Rs 50000 using my Credit card at 4:25PM on 26-Oct-2016.

I was clearly asked by Varun and Rohit to NOT DISCLOSE these benefits on the Verification Calls from Mumbai, otherwise I will not get these benefits. I received the Insurance Welcome Kit Hardcopy and Soft copy on 9-Nov-2016.

Till now I was asked to wait for ANOTHER BOND which will come WITH the Medical Card for me and Family members, Along with Pension for my Nominee.

I have been calling these numbers as I have NOT RECEIVED the cash back of 25% of my Premium and the Promised Pension.

I have made calls to them every now and then but again and again, I have been given future dates to wait otherwise I will lose out on the benefits. And Informed me That These additional Benefits will get updated in my Customer Portal on 7- Nov-2016.

As I have not found these benefits in my Portal I tried to contact Varun and Rohit but, Sometimes Rohit(RM) is on Long Leaves for Chhath, Sometimes Varuns(Agent) Phone is Not working Creating doubts and anxiety and Increaseing Disbelief this has been a Mental distress all the way long Till Now.

Meanwhile I received a call from a Naina Sharma on 23- Nov- 2016 from HDFC Welcome Department from Rohits Branch who Again Promised all the benefits and Keep on insisting to be in touch with my account manager instead of contacting Customer care.

(This will tell everything promised and Why I was asked NOT TO TELL THESE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS ON VERIFICATION CALL)

Today I made a final call to customer care and found that No additional benefits have been added.

Then I called Rohit today, i.e 6-Dec- 2016 And He BLUNTLY said that I will have to again wait till 17-Dec-2016 OR else HE WILL RETURN MY MONEY.

Feelings as an HDFC Customer :
I have been a HDFC Customer since 2010, using different Products like Salary Account, Credit cards, 4 Years of Personal Loan still going on, which I have always enjoyed your services.

But Today... I am totally feeling cheated, Frustrated, and Unaccounted just because of People like Varun and Rohit who are cheating Good and Loyal Customer of HDFC Bank.

Request: I want My Full Refund along with compensation for the mental distress that I have gone through.

I am a salaried person I have made a total Payment of Rs.50000 to my credit using my Full Months Salary from CONCENTRIX and Borrowed funds from my friends. ****SCREENSHOT ATTACHED****

I am living in a Rented Apartment away from my home with my Wife. I have borrowed money from friends to meet my daily expenses.

I hope HDFC will not ignore my sufferings. I need a full Settlement of this misery as a compensation along with Refund.

KINDLY ADDRESS THIS ON PRIORITY SO THAT I SHOULD NOT USE THE HIGHEST PERSON IN GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM.
