I have booked the ticket as attached. I have got one PNR for this but the money ( 10275 + 10275) was deducted twice from my HSBC card ( Last four digits are mentioned in attached ticket).

Please refund 10275 in my credit card.

I spoke to HSBC and they replied to me that you (Jet airways) need to cancel ticket from your end. They gave me authorisation codes of both the bookings. I spoke to your call centre as well and Yogeshwar ( your call centre employee) said he cannot do anything and request has to be made on mail.
