Dear team

Please note I had cancelled the ticket PNR no KNNVWQ. The attached statement sent by you shows that the refund would be of QAR 1040. However I have received just INR 1040 instead of QAR 1040. Also please find attached herewith my credit card statement which shows the credit in INR 1040 and also the debit of INR 21,672.20. Request you to please refund the remaining funds into my account and revert. Please note I am not in India and my Qatar no is +974 77888150.
