I can say I got very very worst experience in bus services. My booking reference number is mentioned in subject, I had booked bus from Solapur to Mumbai journey date 18/12/2016 NPR travels boarding point was Pune Naka.
I reached at boarding point at 10.00 PM I called to bus person to check the status of bus and I was told that bus has been cancelled the bus you booked is no more coming to pick up you. we had argument on phone that transport person told me better you speak with agency from you booked your ticket. again I called to make my trip surprisingly I got reply that sir bus is cancelled and we are processing your refund and it will credit in account in 24 hours. this is the height of unprofessional ism, I was waiting for bus like nonsense in night with my mother, i called many times to make my trip team but not got any positive reply from them. if you are asking for mobile number while booking then you should inform us about any changes in plan. but no one bothered to do the same, it is really bad management of travel I can see, do you think only giving refund of ticket amount is the only solution of this matter.
