Dear Sir/ Madam,

I introduce myself as Kaushik, a resident of Pune, a common man. Recently I had purchased thermal wear from Paytm, with order ID: 2294214355. I had selected Large size, however I was sent smaller sizes with one piece torn near the arm pits and one torn near the sleeve. Honestly sir, after spending so miuch Amount I cannot afford torn clothes. Hence, I requested them to initiate a return and refund me in paytm cash. They denied my request saying it was "Outside Policy". The second time I emailed them, they completely closed my ticket. Subsequent attachment has the Emails and Ticket Numbers. I request you to take necessary actions on them and make sure I receive my refund along with compensation. Thank you.
