Complaint Details
I have raised the complaint # 617971 for a fire accident because of the Gilma Milano-15 water heater bought on 9/Jun/2012. It is still under warranty.

The fire accident is because of the bad wiring in the water heater which confirmed by Gilma technicians as listed below.

1. Technician visited for service on 31/Oct/2016 and did a poor servicing with a non-compatible wire in spite of requesting to use proper wire.

2. Another technician visited on 15/Nov/2016 and confirmed that the accident is because of fire from bad electrical wiring in the water heater. I didn't get encouraging responses while I have asked to cover the electrical warranty and present the case to Gilma.
Because of this poor quality product and poor servicing, my bathroom is damaged incurring me nearly loss of 20000/- Rs. Couple of technical visits happened and I was told couple of weeks back that the geyser will be picked-up for sending to head office and processing of reimbursement shall be initiated. No action taken till now.
