Complaint Details
I was a Videocon d2h customer (Customer ID: 83635320) and I had
cancelled and surrendered my DTH connection on 4 October 2016. There was
an unused balance of more than Rs. 2000 in my account and I was told at
the time of requesting the cancellation that the unused amount will be
refunded through a cheque sent to my registered address.

It is more than 75 days since I cancelled my connection and there has
been no communication or refund from Videocon d2h till date. I have
contacted the customer care and escalated to the the senior supervisors
multiple times, including twice today (interaction number: 457448200).
Every time I hear the same excuse that they have escalated my case with
the highest priority to the backend team and that they will contact me
within 24 hours to resolve this issue. But no one from Videocon d2h ever
calls me to resolve this issue.

Videocon d2h is defrauding me in this matter of refund.
