we had placed an order with flipkart and they were supposed to deliver the product on 19th december 2016 and they all of a sudden state that due to cyclone conditions the product will not be deliverd and the refund was also not initiated. they then reply with a mail that they will deliver the product but still there is no solution as the payment has been done
