Sir/Madam,
I confirm that I had given my mobile to troubleshoot a simple battery back issue on 19.11.2016 at Micro Max Authorised service centre viz "M/s Sri Sai Telecommunicaiton, Malleswaram - 560003 on 19.11.2016
It has been one month since the mobile was surrendered for a battery backup issue however neither my mobile was returned to me as on date nor the issue has been sorted by the concerned service centre so far. My follow up tele calls was also did not yield any result as I was told that someone will call back, as such the same has not happened.
I suspect that the mobile which was given is being misused by its authorised service center. Micro Max Informatics had not provided valid reason for such extended delay except a reply response to my email after 31 days later (from surrendering my mobile for repair,) intimating readiness of the mobile. As i have not collected my mobile due to such service deficiency yet and hence I write complaint for your intervention.
