Dr Anita Soni risked the life of patient because OT and Equipments which were used to operate patient were not sterile and also stitches were not done proper which led to accumulation of blood clots and infection in the abdomen.Another surgery was performed by her to correct her negligence but she could not do it. Lab Report clearly suggest OT acquired infection. Patient was finally treated at Apollo Delhi and 3rd surgery was performed on her. Dischare Summary of Apollo clearly points out towards negligence of Dr Anita Soni of Fortis Faridabad that there was gap in stitch found from scar location of previous surgery performed at Fortis. All discharge summary and lab reports are proof of the same.
