Dear Team,


I am Thenebanda Sunil, holding the Axis bank A/c NO: 914010003399441, in this month i have issued a cheque in favour of Mr. Sape Anthony Vidya dated 05/12/2016 for the amount of 2000/- which came for the clearance on 12/12/2016 however the amount 2000/- was deducted from my account on the same day which is not added to the beneficiary account.

with this regard is was keep on speaking to the customer care representatives use to hear that "the amount will get reversed by end of the day and which is not happening" from 12th December 2016.

on 20th when i request the customer support guy to transfer the call to the escalations team he did it. spoke to MR. Rabbani Ahmed and he did initiated a conference call to the concern jubileehills branch firstly we spoke to the jubilee hills operations head,

he don't have the time to address the issue all of a sudden he handed the phone to lady on the floor names Swetha/ Swathi with out updating her the scenario/the problem which he is attending, and the lady started asking every thing from the beginning when i am trying to explaining the scenario/ problem what happened she is laughing on the call continuously which was not acceptable and later she gave the commitment of 10 min in the beginning to get back to me on the status with a sarcastic laughing on the call and later she said 20 min time to update me on the status till now i have not received any kind of call or email from the branch people.

later the evening same day tried to reach the escalation team to know the status on the my case Mr. Rabbani Ahmed initiated the conference call to speak to the operations head of jubilee hills even in the call the operations head did not got time/ chance to look into the my concern which he clearly stated verbally. later he asked me the share the relevant documents on the email id "jubileehills.operationshead@axisbank.com" which i did that immediately and in return the operations head gave the commitment saying he will reverse the amount in the next day i.e., 21st dec 2016 which was not happen.

// now a days axis mobile bank app became a part of my day to day activities which made me to feel pleasant and safe however with this incident entire wow Experience went for a pathetic experience of the consumer //

Please do the needful in reversing MY 2000/-rupees of amount to my account.
