Complaint Details
I did a MakeMyTrip ticket booking on 8th Dec for Kualalumpur to Perth for two adults and one baggage for 20Kg travel in Airasia for 13th Jan 2017 payment of Rs 10688.

As i got the ticket mistakenly for 13th Dec 2016, Later on 9th Dec 2016 I called customer support Makemytrip and also had internal conversation with Airasia, and paid Rs 14048 (Penalty 220 MYR + add charge 219MYR for each person), for ticket reschedule to 13th Jan 2017, for same two persons and 20Kg baggage in same flight.

Due to some internal error, makemytrip customer support (after 1.30 hrs call) told that i will get the ticket by tomorrow (10th Dec 2016) and booked a request with number 161209-046998.

It has been now 14 days over, still i didn't get the resceduled ticket from Makemytrip, and the response is same saying we are in progress with Airline ... same for last 10 days. Totally now i paid around 25 thousand. but didn't got my rescheduled ticket. The request is in last esculation mode for last one week but till now no resolution and utter bad service..
