i am the biggest victim of hdfc culprit agent system.5 year ago i was the admire of hdfc service but now sorry to say i was wrong.i took 3 hdfc policy and in all policy i got cheated.

First i took an hdfc policy no-160352469(FOR MY HOME LOAN) of sum assured 2000000 on 29th april 2013 by the name of rajendre prasad singh in varanasi.there ur agent told me that i have to pay 60000 anually for my policy amount but in paper it was written annual premium 120000 but he assured me that i have to pay only 60000 and he will talk to higher officer for this adjustment and i paid 60000rs premium but aftersometime he was asking again 60000 premium again he said now u have to pay two times this premium annualy which was wrong and and after some time that policy was relapsed and he told me to take another hdfc policy no-16851385 of sum assured 2000000 to previous policy fault. I took this policy on 29th may 2014 .in this new policy i had paid amount of 60000 in 1st year but in second year this policy amount automatically withdrawn from my account without my permission later i come to know that that i signed ECS and on enquiry i come to know that this new policy doesnt having sum assured of 2000000 it is having only sum assured of amount 500000 that agent cheated me by giving false information.i got very angry and told that agent to stop my policy.after some time i my self went to delhi and cancel that policy from dwarka newdelhi hdfc life branch
but this was not enough cheating from ur side after 2 month i got call from rajeev hdfc agent from mumbai he told me that he can solved my problem and he will refund all my amount if i take a new policy by my son name.so i took another policy for son name amaresh kumar singh policy no-17677934 of amount 36439 .but after 1 month he was asking another 40000 for this policy and i told him that this is wrong how can can u ask more premium when u didnt told me on first day.but he told me pay extra amount otherwise he will discontinue this policy and i told him ok discontinue this policy no-17677934. and after some time this policy was relapsed and he told me that policy amound 36439 will be refunded in my sbi account no-30926141120 through which i made policy premium payment.but now even after 1 year policy amount is not refunded in my account.on high level enquiry i come to know that that amount acually refunded in hdfc account in rajasthan(jodhpur).but hdfc is not accepting his mistake continously saying that that account belong to ur son.

Acually from last 30 year i am living in uttarpradesh how can i have an account in rajasthan hdfc account.i think that rajeev agent made false account in hdfc jodhpur on behalf of my son name and his voter id no and pan card no which he took previously on making that policy no-17677934
sir ,this is the limit of cheating and fraud from last 1 year i went to luchnow,new delhi hdfc life branch but no one giving any support .today only i got an call from mumbai hdfc a person name madan from mumbai mahalaxmi hdfc life branch that they will return my whole money if i gave him my account detail.
please take action against all ur hdfc agent service who is cheating innocent people and destroy ur hdfc compony name.
Now i aM THINKING filing an fir against hdfc if my amount is not refunded.from last 1 year i am sending mail to hdfc but no proper help from ur side
