I had purchased a land at Landmarc Meadows from Disha Direct, thinking it being reputed company seeing its brand ambassador being renowned actor Prashant Damle, thinking Disha Direct must be an ethical company, paid the complete amount for the property in advance, the property was registered in 2010, I was told the original property documents will be handed over later, now despite repeated requests they are not giving my original property documents, they are being rude and also not replying to my several requests,this is highly unprofessional and unethical , I as customer trusted them and with due respect paid 100% money in advance and the only ask they are to give my original property documents which they have not given me as yet, for such a trivial matter Disha Direct is being uncultured, did not expect such a behavior from a registered company whose brand ambassador being Mr Prashant Damle, request an immediate response. I have already sent several reminders to Ms Vandana Godambe and Mr Suhas Kshirsagar of Disha Direct but there has been no action
