Subject: Transfer of Sukanya Samridhi Account into SBOP BANK

With respect to subject cited I (Sandeep Kumar Garg) have a Sukanya Samridhi Yojna Account with your branch in my daughter’s name Hinaya Garg having A/C No 3124676649. Due to some reasons, I want to transfer this account into State bank of Patiala, main branch, Ahmedgarh with savings A/C no. 55145509151 IFSC Code STBP0000031 in name of Sandeep Kumar Garg. For this purpose i hereby submitting all the required KYC docs like Aadhaar Card, Voter Card etc along with Sukanya Samridhi Account passbook in original to you. Kindly do the needful so that my account can be transferred as soon as possible. Will be thankful to you.

I (Sandeep Kumar Garg) have a Sukanya Samridhi Yojna Account with Ahmedgarh 148021 post office in my daughter’s name Hinaya Garg having A/C No 3124676649. Due to some reasons, I wish to transfer this account into State bank of Patiala, main branch, Ahmedgarh with savings A/C no. 55145509151 IFSC Code STBP0000031 in name of Sandeep Kumar Garg. For this purpose i approached the Ahmedgarh post office officials in 07/2016 many times and in 08/2016 also and request them for the same but no response from their side and said that they do not know anything. In the end on 28-9-2016 (Received copy attached) they accepted my request with all required documents. After that i visit so many times the post office but even after this long time (almost 3 months) i got no response from their side. Due to this i am not enable to deposit money into my daughter's account. So kindly do the needful so that my account could be transferred into bank and redress my grievance.
