Complaint Details
I have bought Tata ace Magic in April, 2016 for which I paid 15000/- to the branch manager at the time of booking. After some days he took 14700/- for registration of vehicle, passing, permit and completion of other documents. He took 10-15 days for the completion of files and adjusting money 15000/- taken earlier in the net buying amount. But this never happened and the branch manager fled away with the money without my knowledge that whether he has cleared his dues with company or not. After that I contacted the company officials Mr. Sanjay Sudhir(G.M.Chd) and Mr. Sanjay Thakur (New Branch manager) when we were informed that the earlier Branch Manager Mr.Gaurav Sahdeva has vanished. They holded their hands up saying that they didn't know any whereabouts and information about the previous branch manager. Firstly they said that" He has also stolen some of the amounts from the company's receivings from customers. I stay in contact with them and later they changed their words saying that "The company has nothing to take from him, he has been relieved from job. His salary has been paid et al. So we were left alone again without the faith of the company to solve this matter. We tried many times and asked the company to give our money back to us because its the company's responsibility to compensate any customer's loss caused by their own employee. We have visited the branch many times but everytime they pull out their hands out saying that they can't help us in this regard and thy no nothing about

Sachdeva. Now we don't know whom to contact in the company.
Another problem is that we got the van without its meters working and no service book was given. When we contacted Mr.Sanjay Thakur Branch mgr. presently he gave us another person's contact who was sitting in chandigarh and no technician has appeared in Rupanagar since 4 months. Its very poor in terms of customer satisfaction to help over issued and concerns.
The branch mgr. who fleed away with 29700/- must have been recruited on the basis of his record then how can the company deny his loot details, how he is absconding with money without the concern of company. Its very doubtful that why company officials refuse directly without any interest in the customer's mishappening.
