Orris send me a letter for submitting the registry amount for my flat B3 603 in Orris carnation residency in Sep 2015. I deposited the money (Rs 267300 for Registry in favor of SBI Stamp Duty and Rs 50000 to Orris as Administration Charges) in October 2015 and the same has been withdrawn 21-Oct-15 and 26-Oct-15.

I constantly mailed them to refund my money as they were unable to do the registry. Till now the registry is not done and also the circle rates have decreased. Now the registry amount is coming to around Rs. 131362. Now, neither they are paying the excess amount they have taken the money nor are doing the registry.
