Dear sir this is to bring to your kind notice that I hold a broadband connection with id 359567989233 on the name of rajesh sehgal. The enire old rajinder nagar DLC is down as per my information Rcom has not paid electricity dues to BSES so the electricity company has terminated their electricity connection. Also I have complained in the past that even RCOM has no battery backup at server end so if electricity is not there proper backup can be provided.I have 2 complaints registered one with customer care SR NO-253212411 and other with reliance appellate authority-SRNo-253236711. I am also sending a copy to P.M office ,state minister of information and Union minister.

Sir kindly reinstate the services of internet as soon as possible with a waiver of this months bill for such negligent and deficient services. I am putting a complaint also to trai and consumer redressal forum.
Pl look into the problem and see your services are restored and you can come upto the level of expectation of the customers
