I have purchased HTC mobile having model No. BUTTERFLY-S on dated 17.12.2016 from http://ezzatmobiles.com under order ID : 1551. They promise to me that I will be provided with original htc Product Cdma or Gsm Brand New Phone htc BUTTERFLY-S imported from USA brand new box packed. But they have been sent defected, duplicate, htc product, without Invoice and purchased bill. The sticker on the mobile is also duplicate. So I informed about it to the seller, and asked him for refund. I wish to inform you that product is htc duplicate. I have called him numerous times but he is not taking any action till now.
