Dear Sir/Mam
My mobile number is 7059522810 is a west- engal kolkata circle sim. On December 2016 i recharged with rs 409 recharge which gives 10 gb data balance for 28 days. now i am in kerala and i cannot connect to net though tata docomo, idea and vodafone is showing 3g network available but i cannot connect to net. Every time i call the customer care, they gives the same reply or asks to call the other state customer care.
I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
