Complaint Details
IN, April / May-2016, I, Swapnil Kankrej along with my wife Parvati, had been to country vacations for attending presentation (which we were told that will get gift after as lucky draw after attending PPT).
They showed us different plan of holiday membership.
I did not found those plan as value to cast.
Then they offered trial pack for 10000 rupees (Ten thousand rupees). for availing in 2 years.
I paid them 10,000/-. They gave us receipt of 10000/- paid in cash. and said, membership card and details will be mailed to me by post.
Till now We have not received anything from them.
After equiry with customer care, they are saying they do not have any membership with my name nor with my mobile number.
After going through google, I founf that their are many cases of fraud and cheating by these people.
Kindly help to get refund of money from them.
