Complaint Details
Bought a Iphone 6 Cover. Sent a iphone 6plus cover. This was brought from Amazon. Upon informing Amazon a long line of communication started with this iBhejo company. Finally got the RMA. And then they state that they dont have reverse logistics and that we have to send them the courier. Upon calling their suport division, the arrogance and dismissive language is shocking.
Queries:
1. Why are theyse guys allowed to operate in India?
2. Hightime a regulatory for e-comm regulates such firms.
Pure cheats who believe that E-comm is faceless and hence can dismiss any valid query of buyers.
