Complaint Details
I have booked for 29th Dec.' 2016, 13:30 show, seat nos. H1, H2, H3, H4 from Cinepolis, CRM Mall Shahdara, Delhi at 22:36:35 p.m on 28th December' 2016. The amount of Rs. 988.72 got deducted from my account(credit card), but booked tickets were not generated or sent by email. I again checked through cinepolis website, the seats were still available. I again initiated the purchase after a while; this time I got the tickets online and the amount of Rs. 988.72 again deducted at 23:21:45 p.m. for the same seats.
